1st plank build
« on: May 02, 2019, 10:23:03 PM »
This is a stoner creek plank, rice .32 squirrel profile barrel, 13 3/4 trigger pull in a southern mountain style.  It’s a beautiful piece of wood that’s going to look nice.  I also completed a Kibler SMR extra fancy while resting on the other project finished with Jim’s iron nitrate and true oil.

Building from a plank gives you a sense of accomplishment that is unmatched.  You never feel the same about using a pre carved stock.
