I don't recognize it as to who might have made it,,,,,, but I wish I recognized it as one that belongs hanging with one of my guns. Very, very nice. I love the colouration, the ship, and the fineness of the pouring tip.

Really like that exquisite scrimshaw work, both the ship and the inscription.  Looks as tho the maker had some prior experience, for sure.

Ink is nice,...more so than the ship in my opinion is the lettering....lots of time there for sure. They've done other work. 

 What part of the country did you find it in?
