Don, yes, I hate to admit it but I'm a friend of Jerry's.  See him every week, we build guns with about 8 other guys every Wednesday night.  Had steamed crabs with him and the fellas last night, too!  I don't think he's coming up, he asked me to look for some raw horns for him, but he may make it.  If you see him ask him about the black powder rabbit hunt we did this winter, said he shot one so hard it laid an egg.   :o

I've a question/comment

I am  looking at the forearm and the wrist and it seems to my eyes that the forearm is quite flat and a bit chunky and the wrist seems quite large in diameter (perhaps it is just eh photos/angles, etc.). My question is as follows: Is this the intended design of this style of rifle? I do not have the reference photos here so I am unable to check them.
Enjoy your new rifle. I hope it becomes one of your favorites; :)

BTW I do believe that front sight will come down a ton when young osprey starts filing on it to sight her in! ;)
