Period correct ramrod accessories

A good friend has asked The "Muskrat" for help and I am forwarding to all those in the know out there. He just completed a nice fowler and wants to find period correct ramrod accessories such as tow worm, jag, ball puller, etc... Who makes them and contact information please?

They can also be made at home without any fancy equipment.   
Made mine that way.  Always satisfying to make things.  :-)

I have both made them myself, and purchased them. Jeff Miller of FlintlockForge will make them for you.  Cabin Creek also has them.
