Boys evening hunt
« on: November 25, 2019, 03:02:20 AM »
I wasn’t setting with him but when I walked up I asked where it was standing. Sure enough there was blood. About a 60-65 yard shot

Tell him congrats for me.

I would expect him to hit that deer up close and personal after seeing how your son was smacking the 500 yard target at Friendship, 70 yard shot for him would be a piece of cake.

Great job! We need more young hunters who are willing to do it the old fashioned way.

A fine rifle and a fine deer hunter. What state? I see oak leaves, all I ever look at is pine needles in Montana.

Very nice deer,,, rifle muzzle pointing at the young man in the picture. One moment of lack of attention to detail and the whole great time goes bad,

Did you happen to recover the ball? It would make a nice souvenir of the hunt, made into a necklace.
