Identify mark on lock
« on: December 05, 2019, 04:46:51 PM »
Other than the fox on the outside of the lock and top of barrel this is the only mark on this gun, appears to be a turtle to me but curious if anyone can help identify the maker, any input is appreciated.

It is a star stamp. As in north "star".

Now nothin'. It was a stamp that was used on the inside of all of his locks as far as I know. There used to be 1,000's of his guns around 30 years ago, I wonder where they all went?
