Looks like the Dixie Gun works lock I have. Not sure on the model though.

Dixie F1 flintlock. Made in Belgium. Pretty good steel in the frizzen, but the internals are of a lesser quality, and can fail with hard use. Used to be one of the easiest locks to get parts for, but not anymore. The parts were milled, not cast. Probably the only modern production lock made that way.
