 Good looking, the tooling looks Great, not easy to get it that sharp, smooth and even.

Impressive, James.  Most impressive is the stitching on those beautifully squared corners.  Not easy to do. Would love to see a tutorial on how you did those corners.

I love the term "leathern".

I often wonder why modern folks never use "wooden" as an adjective anymore.  They all use "wood" in the place of "wooden" and can be the source of confusion. I -knew- when I opened this thread, that'd I'd find a box made of leather, thanks. I now have a handy new adjective in my inventory.
