Recreating the American Longrifle plans

Has anyone used the full sized plans of the rifle or pistol that came with Recreating the American Longrifle ?

I used the pistol plans.  It was my first pistol, so it has lots of warts.  The architecture from the plan was pretty good though.

For years, Buchele's book  was my favorite source of info, but ignored the plans.....Fred
