Wallace sold it a while back but the new owner brings it to the CLA show from time to time.

Jim Parker posted a whole series of pictures on here in 2018.  I think May 2018.   A search will find them.

I have the mounts for it if you want to build it.

Say, any of you boys smithies? Or, if not smithies per se, were you otherwise trained in the metallurgic arts before straitened circumstances forced you into a life of aimless wanderin'?

I was thinking this thread might be better over in Antique Collecting, so I will just move it.

Molly---Unfortunately, I do not know where the Woodsrunner rifle resides. However, seeing the "E HOMER" stamped into the lockplate interior, of the Woodsrunner rifle, stirred something in the deep recesses of my old brain. A lot of the longrifle experts on this Forum may be aware of the three articles published in Man-at Arms Magazine concerning the Homers of Bilston England, but for those who are not, they are in Vol 3 No 3 May/June 1981, Vol 4 No 2 March/April 1982, and Vol 7 No4 July/August 1985. Interested parties can obtain the back issues from Man at Arms Magazine.

See attached 1982 article by Anthony Darling. This article was posted a few years ago by Morphy Auctions on May 2, 2014.

I forgot to mention that the photo was one of a group of pictures posted by "BAMA" on May 15, 2018. Sorry for the omission.
