Tom, That is an "elegant" gun!!  In my opinion, the most attractive Jaeger  I have seen.....not the fanciest.  Great work.

The cheekpiece scene especially.

What you see in those photos is merely an illusion!
Take note: No one saw it on Saturday  :o
Was it really there?

Very well done . The engraving is excellent. Very professional grade stuff. What impresses me is this is no copy.  It is all original.

Tom,
Your work is another reason why I hated to miss Dixon's this year -- as if I needed more reasons.  Fine, fine work!

There were so many fellows' work that I wanted to see and so many fellows to talk with.  If I could have scheduled my knee work a week earlier, I would have tried it.

Great work,
Pletch

Hi Tom,
Absolutely wonderful!  I could spend all day just looking at the details.  I love the designs of the engraving and carving.  Although your cheekpiece is an obvious masterpiece, my favorite is the sideplate.

It has already been said but pictures DO NOT do this gun justice, you have to see it in person to get the full effect. It is truly amazing workmanship. I have to ask; What's next?

The thing is with this rifle:  If you think that cheek piece is fine the sideplate engraving is finer still.  Overall top notch to my eye.  I will volunteer to sight her in and give her a few years of patina.....I guess that I shouldn't hold my breath waiting.

I can only say, like everyone else, it is a very impressive gun. I stopped at your tent several times to meet you but you were either busy or gone. I did get to talk to Eric and he provided me some patterns I was looking for earlier. Sorry I didn't get to say thanks in person.

It wasn't entered in the show, Tom's not done with it.  It appears it's a work in progress.
