Just wondering what the differences are between shot loads of a 20ga or a 28ga.

20 ga is normally around 1 oz +- 1/8 28 ga normally 7/8 oz +- 1/8. Just my rule of thumb. Just need to test fire to find out what the gun likes best.

I use 1 1/8" shot in my 20 bore, so would also suggest 7/8oz to 1oz in the 28 bore.
