Horn and Silver Powder Flask

I don't do a lot of horn work but have a couple laying around that I mess with when I have some spare time. This horn/silver flask that I recently completed is based on several different originals rather than copied from one particular horn. The artwork is based on work from the 17th century. It did very well in the horn competition at the Honorable Company of Horners Guild meeting this weekend.

What could you do if you set your mind to it instead of just messing around
Congrats on the awards that's a masterpiece.

Mitch, I am glad I had a chance to handle and look at this piece up close and the pictures don't quite do the proper justice.
