Stepped Horn With A Twist

  It is about 10" around the outside curve, the base is about 2 1/2 X 1 1/4" held in with 4 wooden pegs. The tip has 8 sides. Color is Brown Dye and Brown shop polish.

What a very cool little horn Tim.  I know that took some work with a file for sure.  The screw butt attachment is a nice touch.  Is that snow I see in the photos?   Hope that wasn't today.  Glorious, perfect weather here in NC today.  I celebrated with.....wait for it.....yard work.

It does resemble the segmented forms of an arthropod or anellid species. Well done!

I love those step horns for some strange reason. They just scream Appalachia. I am the proud owner of two of these that you made in the past and I was getting ready to ask if this one was for sale and Stoner beat me to it.
