If you ever make an extra Dave I’d love to get my hands on either of the measures posted. Super cool stuff.

Ditto!

Me too.

I'm betting you could sell those as fast as you can make them!

I have one of the rifle barrel steel ones.  It goes on my rifle pouch.

And then I have one like that he made out of horn.  That is on my mantle for display.  Love 'em both.

Yep Dave, I’d be down for one also if you decide to continue with making more. Thanks for posting it. David.

Hi David,  Could you post photos of your second version?   God Bless,  Marc
Your wish is my command.  Here is the brass brother to the steel measure, complete with one piece lever/spring.  I actually have a 3rd revision I want to make.  A friend of mine suggested I split the lever forming a Y where 1 leg is the handle and the other leg is the spring.  Kind of a hybrid of these two.
Thanks for asking Marc.
David

David;
After you make one for all those in front of me I will take one also. I think you, my friend have found your new calling!

Mike,
I have been making powder measures for what seems like forever, probably 20 years.  Below are a couple pictures of measures I have made over the years.  Some traditional ones and some novelty ones and a few turned out of horn.  I rarely take orders anymore but do sell them.  They are more of a stress reliever I use between gun projects.

I'm lucky enough to have one of those measures. It is a work of art.

I like both of them David!  Hard to choose which is cooler.  On something that small, the details make the look.  You nailed it.  God Bless,   Marc
