Hello from Brazil [help me please]

Hello friends, my name is John and I live in Brazil, I am a lover of cutlery and know a little about old weapons, but never did one. It is very difficult to buy old guns legalized in Brazil, because it is prohibited. 
In this case I decided to make my own weapon (a muzzlloading percussion lock  ). I have experience in working with wood, but I do not know how to make percussion lock and barrel. Thus, I would like to know the friends could show me a tutorial? , book? or video lesson to help me do it? Because there is nothing about it in Portuguese. Could you help me please?
I already tried a lot on the internet, but can not find anything detailed...

ToadHall Rifle shop has a tutorial on hand forging a rifle barrel.   He also has a few other tutorials, although he uses a lot of colloquialisms (a local dialect) in his writing.

 It's a very long, involved process that is prohibitively expensive for most.   Most builders purchase their barrels from companies that specialize in barrel making.   I believe the commercially available barrels are made from solid steel blanks that are drilled.

I imagine how hard must be the manufacturing process ... but would be very expensive to import a barrel, because at import taxes from the country, so it is better to make here ...

Most of the percussion escopetas that I saw or repaired in  Colombia; Deptamento de Meta;
the barrels were made from truck axles and were very crude. The laws of Colombia state that any campesino can own one for hunting purposes , so we did not have any problems with the law. If I can help; a group of friends just went down to the Northern territory of Brasilia and next year are going back down.

How rigorous are your customs dept.  Do they open every package?
Pistol barrels are very small and often sent as "machined tubes" instead of listing them as gun parts.  That would just be a rifled stub with no breechplug hole or muzzle crown.

Alternatively, your barrel doesn't have to be rifled.  Depending on what style of pistol you recreate, it can be a smoothbore.  It can also be made from marine brass.
