Removing dents and dings in new build

I know I have read this somewhere but how do I remove dents and dings from stock ? New build so not finished yet. I know it involves moisture and heat.

If it's just a dent, with no wood removed, a wet rag, and a clothes iron will raise them nicely.

I have a tablespoon in the shop just for this job.  I fold a piece of towel twice, soak it with water, and apply the heated spoon onto the towel placed over the dent.  The steam expands and straightens the damaged wood fibers, and the dent comes up.

I spend alot of time putting dents in the stock and you  guys have invented about a million ways to get them out....
