So in the other thread about some issues I had with this bag I mentioned I would post pics of what I cut my button hole with. Here is go,
I did add a small round hole punch to the top and bottom after these pics were taken just to take some strain off when working the button through the hole and to add some give to the formerly too small flap.
The flap issue seems to have taken care of itself during the wet molding process,
Plastic bags of birdshot were used and during the wetting and stuffing process things just seem to have stretched in the right directions and the flap works out fine. Still a little tight, but, I'll probably never have the bag stuffed this full.
This is already pic heavy so I'll show the finished bag in a reply.
