looking for wooden toy flintlock pistols & rifles

I do alot of woodwork when not building guns and was wondering if any of you guys know of or seen any wooden toy flintlock pistols or rifles at events. Do any of you know where I can purchase or see a picture of one of these?

Not to rain on your parade, but those "toys" were banned by the trade commitees of several events that I used to attend.  Still, non-juried events probably still allow them.

Thanks for the info Randy and TOF. I build most all of Dixie Gun Works camp furniture and the shooters box. They are wanting me to start building them some wooden toy flintlock pistols and rifles. They also want a wooden tomohawk w/wooden head. I need a picture to go by.

The shops in Colonial Williamsburg sell a pine "flintlock" rifle.  Basically a profile cut into nominal 1" pine and the edges rounded over.  My son has enjoyed his.
Not a lick of metal.

Caywood also makes a "display" fusil.  It's shaped out of a piece of maple, stained pretty, but the barrel, lock, and furniture are all wood (well, I don't know about the Triggerguard).  Has a real cock, frizzen, and spring screwed to the "lock".  Might be expensive for a toy, but lots cheaper than a real one.

How come I didn't get one a them pistols when I was a kid?? oh, the only one that was for sale went for 10 grand... I'd probably sooner be given a real colt .44!
But beautiful work!
I might try and design a flintlock toy, for kicks and sales. The rubber band guns went awesome at the last 'powwow' I sold em at, flintlocks would be a really cool toy for those who knew what it was.
