Hey folks please check your frizzen springs for me?

Hopefully this is the right place to post this.

I am looking for a frizzen spring.  This is for an existing lock, I'll make one if I have to do so but thought I would ask first if everyone or anyone would measure some springs on commercial locks you may have in stock or in storage, see if something commercial might work.

Preliminarily, I'd prefer an internal screw but external may work also with a little welding.

The screw hole to mounting tit hole is @ 25/32 (hair over 3/4") center to center.

Overall from screw mount center to outer bend is @ 1.25"

Top leaf is @ 1 9/16" from tip to outer bend.

Yes, I have the original spring, but I'm replacing the frizzen and would need to alter (i.e. bend and retemper) the original spring, and I'd rather just keep the original spring and frizzen together and use replacements if possible.

If anyone has time, please check any locks you may have around to see if something currently available might work.

I already checked the standard large Siler locks and the Chambers English (round and flat) locks.

I am gobsmacked. I thought you mined your own ore and such. I have 3 uglies here. I think the teat to screw hoke are ok on all of them. Upper arm is the likely issue. You could weld up the hole on the middle one and it could work, I think.

I'm rarely gobsmacked anymore.
