Yet another axe.

Any ideas of age of this one gents?

I picked it up in an antique shop in Scarborough, (NE England) about 1970.
Eye needed repair as  was used for bashing wedges.
From poll to edge is about 9 3/4".

Very old design, appears to me, but no idea to actual age.
