Worm for Cleaning With Tow
« on: June 20, 2020, 12:48:27 AM »
Where can I buy worms for cleaning with tow that will work with calibers .40, .45 and .50? I have one that is musket sized, but too large for cleaning my rifles.

Thanks,
Jay

I bought one at Log Cabin but it screws onto the wood of a ramrod. Just Google TOW Worms and you'll get some results.

I got mine from Dan Fruth right here on the ALR.  See below.

Since Jim Webb stopped making them, Dan Fruth took up the banner.  I bought one from him at CLA last year.  Beautiful work.  God Bless, Marc

And of course, there's Larry Callahan:

in one piece or in sets.
