Davidson [NC} school proper buttplate
« on: July 17, 2020, 06:16:34 PM »
Hello all. Getting ready to start build for as close a rendition to my Len Meadows rifle as I can make.
Did some research and discovered the rifle is definitely Len Meadows style based on Davidson school.
I am needing a proper buttplate. Dimensions are-length-4 1/2"   width at widest point 1 5/8"   comb 2 3/4'  sides of combl 1 3/16 paralell.
Brass would like wax cast but?  Better pics of buttplate added.
I appreciate any help or advise. Best regards, Dave F 8) 8)
