It looks to me like it's made up of heavily modified commercial parts and maybe some hand made parts?  Frizzen spring looks Chambers for sure.  The whole pan and bolster looks like a "reconversion" assembly like Track used to sell, can drop one onto a flat plate with no bolster remaining (hence the screws holding it on).

Someone sent me pictures of the whole pistol, I think it was made by Marvin Kemper?
