I buy from Stonewall Creek.  Just bought 100 for Siler size locks,etc.  $1.89 ea. including shipping.   They look pretty good.   No idea where to buy wholesale, but I don't need 1000.  ;).  His come from Germany and are knapped out of flint from England and France.
