Can't you just envision Southwestern Buckskinners coming in for Breakfast needing a knife to cut up the bacon? Sorry just wanted to show a nice forged camp knife with a touch of Turquoise for a reenactment Breakfast...tippit

 That is a great looking knife. Belongs in the kitchen with the rest of the Chef's knives. ;)
