since it's a rather plain kit  :-[ I tried to dress her up 8) and yes one of my grandsons LOVES RED

This is a two piece stock kit rifle. Made by a very good builder. Always wondered why some of the old builders did not use the two piece stock process.  Have  rifles that were very thin from an inch back  from the tail of the lock.  Your thoughts appreciated.

Like Grandson's Red. This one, by Henry Leman, mighta faded a bit over the years.
