Adrie, your skill set is such that you could teach that type of class to your fellow Dutchmen/women.
You might try setting up a small class, like 2-6 people. Advise what tools they would need for themselves. Then you supply the building materials. If you use a lathe and such, everyone would benefit by seeing how to set up the machines, and how to run them.
Wouldn't be easy, but then, most things worth while are worth some hard work. Guys on ALR here might be able to help you with curriculum and other important things. I used to teach people to fly airplanes and gliders, so I know the basics of teaching, but for me it was always one on one. Hard to cram 6 or 8 people into the front seat of a sailplane.
