Flintlock rifle plans
« on: March 07, 2024, 10:38:41 PM »
I have been trying to get a hold of Eric von Aschwege to buy some of his flintlock plans. I've left him messages on his web site at two different dates months apart but as of yet have not heard anything from him about his plans that he is selling on his web site. Does anyone know if Eric is selling his flintlock rifle plans anymore?

I just saw him in Carlisle, PA last month.  He did have plans.  I noticed a post in Facebook that he was teaching a class.  I’d wait a bit, he was out of town.

He was teaching a week long SOAW class last week. We all bought plans from him there, they are thee best plans out there, well worth it. He may just be very busy, I'd keep trying.

Hi Paul - I received and replied to both of your messages, but I suspect your spam filter may be redirecting my return emails. I'm going to PM you here with a copy of my last reply to your email - lets just communicate via the PM feature on the forum until we sort the email issue out. Thanks for your patience!

Here’s the kid at Williamsburg. He lit the forge for my grandkids. Made a pretty awesome impression.
