My son's co-worker came up with this from and auction. Have not seen it in person, he sent some photos.

Dan,
We need to see the butt-cap finial if possible.
Looks Ottoman, but the butt-cap is the give away usually.
One note;
Often Turkish/ottoman have a false ramrod that can't be removed. this has a real one , and a shorter muzzle-cap than some.

Reminds me of an old Turkish pistol I have. On mine they mimicked a lot of Germanic styling in the lock and mounts.
