The first picture posted is of the one I built. If anyone is curious, I still love it. BJH did a great job designing this horse. I made one change in that I spun one leg around for better access and found it also offers more resistance to racking.
I use it for stocking up as it was intended. Built one rifle on it and now building another.
I use it to clean my rifles as well.
I clamp wood to it for sawing dovetails.
I clamp a moxon vise on top of the beam for holding wood projects.
I clamp all sizes of wood to it, even large panels, for hand planing.
I drilled a hole through the tail and bolt a small swivel vise to it for engraving.
It is my second most used tool, not counting anything with a sharp edge.
