Mike, I have not visited in 25 years. Last I was there, I saw a few dozen long arms and perhaps a dozen powder horns or so. It was a fine place to visit. No reason to doubt it’s changed.

They have a very nice display in the same room that has an excellent firearms display. The powder horns are in cube like display cases and are low enough so you can get 360 degree view of them. I'm sure they have more in the Pell research library. For those you call and make appointment to view privately.

I was hoping the HCH would have a conference - annual meeting at this location by now!!!  The one we had at Deerfield, Mass. was fantastic. Both collections need to be seen!!!
