Mike,

The cone on the one shown, is the same size as the inner cone of a Chambers' 1/4 inch White Lightning liner, the size I have been shooting for years.
Tom also makes one the same size as the 5/16" White Lightning

I build my rifles PC and insist on being PC, unless the customer is adamate about it. Whch some are. I do not use vent liners except for repairs or a very thick barrel. When I use a liner I use the bronze liners. Bronze existed in the 18th century. I never use SS. Either barrel steel or bronze. I drill all my vents 1/16th.
