Go to stock lead. On the right side go to ammunition metals.

T and TT sizes came out with the switch to steel or iron shot. I was not aware any was made & sold in lead.
There are some anomalies from company to company, but these sizes have been recognized for a century.
An example of differences is Hornady's swaged 000 being .350".

OK, I sent a e-mail to Nuclead yesterday just got a reply back a little while ago hold on to your wallet they want $3.00 per ball with a minimum order of 33 balls that $99.00 plus shipping . So i called and asked if they had made a mistake on the quote the fellow said no that price  was correct ,i told him that was ridiculous he said i know but it is because of the times .I said yes because it is the times that people are getting ripped off.

WOW!

For $99.00 US, you might be able to get a gang mould made so you could cast your own.

Seems to me, there are some already available, but likely in 000 buck sized moulds.

Daryl , I have found a place that would make a mold for me about any size by the .001 but i need to try some balls of a spec size first.   I did get some Gamo air rifle lead balls but they measure .218 .  These balls  cut the patch upon loading and you have to hammer the ball in with the butt of the short starter surprisingly they shot with some promise.

The rule of thumb, is .005" to .010" smaller than the bore.  With that .22 bl. I would think the larger the ball, the better as it will
swage into a slightly elongated projectile. I did this with a shallow grooved Sharon .36 barrel. I used .375" balls and normal denim,
about .020" thick. A very smooth radius on the muzzle's crown allowed the ball to form/conform into the bore. It shot quite well.
A ball punched into the muzzle on a strip of cloth using the starter, then pulled out with the "tails", showed a slightly flat ended,
elongated slug with a perfectly round base.

I make my own shot , same as I cast my own balls and bullets.  18th Century Rupert's shot maker, lets me make both lead shot and bismuth shot

I will work on that muzzle for sure but right now my shop is in a mess ,putting a new floor in part of it so every thing is all pilled into my main work room. I do like wood floors though , my Dads shop had a dirt floor he was a Gun Smith for over 50yrs and never complained about the floor he has been go 35 years now I really miss him.

Make a size die.  An elongated ball will patch and shoot fine.

Could also be the Gamo balls are not quite pure lead as well, however pushing them through a sizer is an excellent idea.
Commercial lead shot that size would be likely, 3% antimony and too hard for your use, most likely.
A short radiused taper is easier than a long gradual taper. That is the angle used (short) for all of Corbin's metal moving (bullet making) dies.

Try Marty's buckshot molds. A little pricey but look well made. His web has .200 and .210

$100.00 is quite inexpensive for a multi-ball (looks like 16 or more) mould.
