Screw Tip W/A Different Stopper
« on: April 30, 2021, 10:53:16 PM »
This One is about 15 1/2" around the outside curve and 13 1/2 tip-to-tip. The Walnut butt is about
2 1/2", hollowed out about 3/4s its length and held by 4 Iron pins. The tip is horn threaded 5/8-11 as is the antler collar. The two bands on the tip are held in place by 3 Iron pins each. The stopper has an antler band. Color is AF and Brown shoe polish. May yet put a staple in as a strap keeper but for now the collar will do.

Do your designs just pop into your head or do they flow out of your fingertips like Gandolph weaving a spell? Your work is always amazing.

Basically they start out from something I've seen and evolve from there. Unless I am making a close copy until it is finished I don't know what it will really look like.
