Does anyone know anything about the "John S. Cochennour" of Olney, Illinois that is listed in Sellers' "American Gunsmiths", or any other Cochennour-Coughenour-Coenour gunsmith?

From Curt Johnson's Illnois book. Volume I  page 110

Ad in the,  The Olney Weekly Times, September 9, 1874, headquarters for sporting apparatus guns from $3 - 600.  Rifles, pistols, double rifles & shotguns made to order. I have employed Mr. W. T. wilson a practical gunmaker, and will guarantee al work.  Rebore rifles etc.  ( the ad goes on )  Corner Market Square, Whittle Ave, Olney ILL. John S Cochennour.

It is not clear if Cochenour himself was involved in gunsmithing , or merley was the propreitor of a sporting goods store.  Born Dec. 1840 died Nov. 1918.  Captain Company H , 60th Ill.  volunteers, in the civil War & afterward continued to be known by that title.
