July rifle building class at Calvary Longrifle Shop
« on: July 16, 2021, 12:50:46 AM »
Here are a few pictures of my July class. I was supposed to have 4 in this class but I had two late cancellations. This was Scotty’s 6th class and he finished his rifle in this class. I think it turned out great. It was based on Virginia maker F. Klette. This is Scotty’s first rifle, I did the engraving on the rifle but he did everything else.

Eric is my other student and this is his first class. Eric is building the Isaac Haines style kit in steel furniture.  I will post his progress pictures tomorrow.

Very impressive, Mr Parker !
Two more family heirlooms about to be finished.
You not only have the ability to create one of these fine long rifles, but you have the ability to teach someone else to create their own. That my friend is very special .

Heck of a nice first rifle.   That’s what some good quality instruction can do for you.  ✅👍
