Can you ID this Horn Maker

One of buddies bought this nice horn and we are trying to figure out who the maker is. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a 'JB', perhaps Jeff Bottinger??

If it’s a Bottinger horn it would have a heart shaped plug. I have several of Jeff’s horns.
