Sea Service or Calvary Flintlock?????

At a local gun show and one of the vendors is asking me what this is. Not what I typically look for, so figured I'd ask on here.

 It’s an East Indian copy of a British service pistol. Likely cavalry, but possibly sea service. I’ve seen similar guns marked E.I.C. Which is the mark of the East India Company, But they were made in England. This one shows marks more in keeping with Indian manufacture.
