Measures and knife
« on: November 15, 2021, 04:26:51 AM »
I don't get to work much in the shop these days. I babysit my two grandbabies four days a week most of the time. However I did manage to get a few items made up in the last couple weeks. I need to get going on a couple of rifles before the year is over. The folding knife isn't a copy but was inspired by an 1850's folder I seen somewhere on the net.

Nice work B, the folder is really cool. Two is just the start and as they get older there will be more activities but it's worth it.

OK, you got it…that little Barlow is high up on my nifty scale!  I need to get busy and make a few folders!

This one has been in use for a couple of years.   I cleaned it off for photos.   Brian does great work.

Which measure? I may have another adjustable one or two made before Christmas.

Either one of the adjustable ones, really. That second one posted by Marcruger is awesome. Couldn't see.the first as clearly, but I'm sure it's also great.

Tnlonghunter the first one didn't have the new nocked off of it and it bounced to much sun light for a good photo. It looks just like Marc's but no engraving. I'm trying to get a couple more done before Christmas.

Is there a waiting list?

I usually don't take orders on the measures any more. I try to make a dozen or so every year.
