Shipping Flintlock to Canada , is US Postal Service the way to go ?

Was wondering if the US Postal Service is the best way to ship a flintlock smoothbore kit to Canada , overall length of package will be about 42" . Thanks   :)

That is how both my of my Kiblers came north, no issues.  Not cheap however.  I think it was about $165 USD each.

I received a rifle, in a wood box, recently from Canada, box was only 48". Cost was $90 by regular mail.
