Do most people mark barrels that have been resized say 45-50 ?

I don't mark the barrels of my builds with the calibre...perhaps I should.  But if I had a commercial rifle with the calibre stamped into the barrel, yes, I would mark the bottom flat of the barrel with the correct calibre and perhaps the date.  going from .45 cal to .50 isw quite a jump.  You're talking about a re-bore and re-rifle, I presume.

I have three re-bores but haven't changed the marks.
