Kelley's Woodfinishing Oil
« on: February 22, 2022, 07:19:03 PM »
I was gifted a bottle of this oil by another gunsmith and wondered if any of you had seen and used it on a gunstock. It is thin, dries very quickly and doesn't build up and is low gloss. It kind of reminds me of Wahkon Bay's Tru-Coat.
It is or was made by Rifle Works, in Webertown OH.

I have bought this from Mr Kelly himself. I have been applying it as a top coat after other finish. I like it. You can put coat after coat since it dries very fast. I have never used it by itself.
