i picked up this 12 gauge flinlock at an auction, reportedly made by C.J. Galbreath in 1969/70. I haven’t been able to turn up any info on the maker and wondered if anyone here might have some insights to share?

Say, any of you boys smithies? Or, if not smithies per se, were you otherwise trained in the metallurgic arts before straitened circumstances forced you into a life of aimless wanderin'?

I recently rehomed a Galbreath .58 target rifle with a novel scope setup. Style kind of like the Swiss sniper rifles.
