Conner Prairie Horn Class Part 2

This part deals with the preparation of the tip, dying, and other finishing steps. First is threading and turning the tip.
Here's my Lancaster attempt:
Art prepares the dye:
Group shellacing party:
Making nails:
Loading Art's truck:
Class Picture:
And a grand time was had by all.

Larry, great pics! I see my friend Glenn Sutt was there representing the WHGG, good deal, will have to glean his brain pan for tips, looks like all had a great time and made some dandy looking horns!

Hi Tim,
I have a third batch of display horns tha I'll get up sometime today. I need to sort them for duplicates. It was a great learning experience to me. I'm amazed at Art's efficiency in horn making.
