Terry I really like how your rifle turned out. I've enjoyed reading the progress posts along the way too!

Nice work!

Terry....a really nice, slender Bucks County LR. Where did you get the Bplate? Dr. Frankenstein was only good at putting human parts together to build monsters. Your BC would be too difficult for him to build......Fred

I think you did a great job.
I do know where you are coming from and thinking it is a Frankenstein gun. At a certain point in a build, I start getting sick of the project. It seems the closer I get to getting finished the slower things tend to progress. It takes more energy to accomplish the small details, than at the beginning.
No monster, that is a well-done rifle to be proud of.

Love the color of the finish on the wood and metal parts.  Despite being Frankenstein it all goes well together.

Victor Frankenstein is actually Dr. Frankenstein.  The monster he created is actually nameless.  All that aside, from my point of view your rifle looks great.  More photos would be nice.

Very nicely done yip.  Love that long wrist and the way you made the lower forestock roundish, avoiding that slab-sided look you often see on contemporary rifles.

IT'S ALIVE!  fired 4 shots today, first one was a little low the other 3 shot high and a liitle left. the load was very loose going down might try a tighter patch next time. but it is ALIVE!

Fine looking rifle! And if that’s at 100 yards, a fine shooter! Even at 50 that’s a good group, and with the right patch/ball/powder combination could cloverleaf.
