Building a Lancaster Rifle
« on: April 23, 2022, 09:34:48 AM »
Last year You Tube realized that I am harmful to the community and deleted the gun building videos that I had posted. I had all of them backed up on an external hard drive. Then I moved and that hard drive vanished in the move. The videos were gone. Gary Horne, "elkhorne" on here, was able to recover most of the videos from the Tennessee and Lancaster rifle building series. I have heard from many of you on here asking what happened to them and if they will be back. Well, I just got a copy of the videos from Gary so they will be back now. I just started posting these on Rumble. It takes some time to upload each video. In total it is over 100 videos and over 50 hours. It is going to take a little while to get them all posted. Hopefully these videos are helpful to some you who are new to gun building. I will post links to the videos here.

I think I'll start making videos of every gun I  make.

Say, any of you boys smithies? Or, if not smithies per se, were you otherwise trained in the metallurgic arts before straitened circumstances forced you into a life of aimless wanderin'?

Bill, thank you for sharing your videos!!

Mike, I video surgeries from our ORs, or even monitor in real time. Video from the Da Vinci Surgical System is really good. I would be glad to help you out, IF you have insurance, need some kind of "ectomy" and don't mind loosing a little blood... ;)

Regards,
Carl
