Congrats!  Good photos, too.  Glad somebody is getting on them, birds seem to have gotten pretty scarce in my area the last few years, be glad when they have a few good hatches and we start seeing better numbers.

Yes, a very nice photo. Those vivid colors of the barred feathers mesh nicely with the curl of the stock wood.  ;) What kind of Turkey is that?

Looks like a Merriam's wild turkey to me, but then, we don't have them in this part of B.C., yet.
