The front finial of the trigger guard looks off center to me. A little heavy to the side plate side.

Is the touch hole really that low or is just the angle of the picture?
That picture does make the touch hole look a little low.

This idea of it only being good level with the top of the pan has been proven to be BS. See Larry Pletcher's testing. I believe his website is blackpowdermag. If I recall correctly, ignition was found to be slightly faster with the hole at the bottom of the pan. It's amazing how beliefs can get started with little footing and then can last and last. He also found ignition to be faster with the priming piled against the touch hole.Jim
