He Says He Can Make It Into A Flintlock

He says he can make it into a flintlock.
I have no doubt.
The question is what should a guy pay for such an artistically made FLINTLOCK ?

Hi Jack,
I would pass on it. Lots of not very artistic bling but the craftsmanship is not up to the ambitions or price set by the maker.
